Decoupaged Notebook

So, I have had this idea to make a decoupaged notebook for my MIL for Christmas. Every time General Conference comes around she sits down with an ugly pad of yellow paper. So, I thought I would make her a Conference Journal that she could write in. I was checking out some tutorials out there and found some cute ideas.
