I Heart Faces: "Oh So Silly"
You know, there is nothing like a huge family having fun. My family is loud, obnoxious, and crazy but we sure know how to have a blast. It's always insane when we get together.
Oh, and the dogs tried to get in on the action but I cropped most of them out.
Oh oh oh, and gotta love Grandma and her normalness. Except for that sweater, which I have worn to an Ugly Sweater Party. Sorry Grandma.
Also gotta love the onsie pj's my 16 year old sister is wearing. Funny.
I dare you to make a caption for each person's face. That's the best part.

I'm Still Around
So, um, hi! I am still around. Just so busy I haven't been able to do blogging. Even my family blog. So sad. Anyhoo, I have found a new obsession and it's called Pinterest. It has seriously taken up so much of my time I now know why I don't blog anymore. I have had to put a reign on my Pinterest stalking. I just love it so much. Now I sound like a lovesick girl. Sad. Oh well. I have found so many things on there that I want to try, have tried, and also things like what I want in my future home. Most of it is wishful thinking but I may be able to do a few things I have pinned.
If you would like to see what I pin then come over and check it out. Here is my profile! I have a board that is called I Love Good Tips. It is a favorite of mine. Some of my favorite tips this week are these:
1. Pouring your favorite candle wax into ice cube trays to use in a Sentsy warmer.
2. Using a rubber band to make a perfect line for doing a french manicure or whatever tips you want to do.
3. Having fun with the kids and throwing a bunch of glow sticks in the bath and turning off the lights.

"Forget Not"
Here is something I whipped up after listening to Elder Dieter F. Uchtdorf at Women's Conference. I loved his talk. It was perfect! All the info I cut and pasted from lds.com. I wanted to make sure I was correct.

Chore Chart
This is the chore chart I came up with. I used my Cricut to cut out the words with contact paper and stuck them on top and then chose some scrapbook paper for underneath. I used a decorative scissor to do the wavy pattern and then a small hole punch to make the holes.
I think it turned out really cute. My daughter wanted to help write her chores.

I Heart Faces Challenge - Beautiful Eyes
Here is my entry in this weeks I Heart Faces photo challenge. (Click on the picture to see it much clearer.) I got this picture of my son after church one day. He is wearing a teal shirt and it brought the blue in his eyes out so well. I had so many compliments about his suit all day so I had to capture it. Isn't he so handsome?

My FIL's Artwork
My Father-in-law is amazing with wood and this is what he made for his office. It is huge. It's probably a couple of feet wide.
Do you see all the grooves and paint that he used?
